pretty sure there is green strips in the center of the 21 tails vs indo gold don't have that color around the mouth. that being said they do look close otherwise

Technically a 21 Tails is a color variation of the Indo Gold. So is a Hellfire, Dragon Soul, etc. Usually it's the tips, stripes, mouth, or tentacle coloration that makes it different.
