@nano_ryan I don't think you had to cut and solder your Vortech cords. I think you can take apart the boxes and unhook the cords, run them through a hole, reconnect and put the boxes back together.

That is one of the best controller boards I’ve seen, wow! You got the dream set up! I’m looking at doing similar colored plumbing for my tank as well. Definitely following along, keep it up!
