Dry rock. Needs a good cleaning. it's 4 totes. medium to large size pieces. I would guestimate it at 120 pounds....probably over that. $100 I have the live rock in my tank also. Tanks been up over 2 years. No algae. $2 a pound

It's disgusting what Eversource is doing to our electric rates. I'm not sure who is to blame, but this country needs more Natural gas and bans on fracking our hurting everyday Americans.

I just set up another 80 gallon frag tank (so a total of 360 gallons now) and the electric costs are making me rethink my hobby.

If my wife would let me, I would turn half the backyard into a solar array. Then Eversource be writing me checks! Added bonus: less grass to cut.

Honestly the electric rates aren't even that expensive in the grand scheme of things... delivery charge is insane tho. And then, even if you go fully solar panels and batteries etc they wouldn't let you disconnect off the grid either.

Add that everyonce in a while they do historical Meter rates and not actual rates...
My sister moved into a house (rental) and eversource charged her historical rates... like imagine she moved in December and her bill was based on the previous December bill. It took her a ton of calls to get it clear to Eversource that a different tenant was there the previous year and their usage was different from her usage. Eventually they did an actual meter read/charge and bill was half.
