Hey, can you outline your coral quarantine protocol, tank, flow, lights etc. I'm always curious about this and think that I'll do this in the future.
Diy 50 gal i got from petsmart for $25 bucks. Two vipar spectra lights. High high flow (yes i said it twice lol) 4 frag racks and one crate, and a few rocks. Thats pretty much the setup. All corals are dipped, inspected under microscope. 5 weeks QT time for everything unless i see it doing extremely well, some frags are still in QT for over 8 weeks.

I cant tell you how many times ive caught things before they made it into my display.

What do you use for filtration? Got any pics of this quarantine setup?

Well banana face lasted a little over a week . He couldn't poop in the end i think. Not sure what happened. Woke up to this . Last night he was good. Rip. 20240427_084521.jpg
At least he spend his last days chomping on unlimited algae instead of dying at petco.
