Nice! I'll probably get more RFAs, they seem to stay put a lot more and don't sting as bad
I'm amazed at some of the coloration these guys can have. Found a place a couple hours away doing crazy little auctions online.

Those are awesome! I have a huge beautiful red RFA that positioned itself just right so that I can neither see nor take pictures of it

That's one reason I haven't turned my BTAs loose yet, largest is only 2 inches. The other one split so they are smaller. Figured they would get lost...lol

I'm going to try and snag a few more, I thought 4 or 5 RFAs would look nice together.

In my research, it depends. Much like a flame angel.

I've read wild and aquaculture don't mix then read, hey I've got them together now.

Some nems with aggressive stings don't do well with other things period.

i heard if you get different kinds in one tank they may fight. We don't know but is that true?
In my experience, Colorados and Chicagos, and normal rbta don't get along well together. One or the other will almost always melt unless there's a large amount of carbon being used, this suggests allelopathy at play.

Doesn't happen in a tank full of the same strain, so... I guess they're all 'Hi Gerald, Hello Gerald, Hey I know you, You're Gerald, right?" Until you put a Frank in the mix.... Gerald hates Frank.
