I started dipping new corals and where what I've found. Two pictures with ret something are the Clove Polyp colony. Other two - Xenia. It looks like flatworms on Xenia, right? They were moving, but it they got detached during peroxide dip. The Clove Polyp looks so bad that I'm thinking of discarding it. Should I?

Should I just frag several healthy looking polyps on a separate plug and discard the rest? I'm asking about Clove Polyp one.

I wouldn’t risk it. Those corals aren’t worth more than a couple bucks. But the headache you’ll get is gonna cost you more.

Do you have a small qt tank you could get running. All ya need is like a 5 gallon with cheap hob filters and heater

Yeah, those are definitely flatworms.
Can someone tell me what are those red spots on the Clove Polyp?
I actually don't know what the red spots are - they're quite interesting though. Maybe someone else will know, but, if not, I'd be curious to see what it grows into (probably not something I'd put in the display with other corals at this point, though; I'd put it in a little side-tank if possible).

Yes, those were definitely flatworms on Xenia. It looks like they were all our after dipping. As for the Clove Polyp with red spots, I don't have QT tank and decided to discard them. Better safe than sorry.
