So tank glass wasn't the cleanest, and I am still struggling with getting good pic/videos with my phone. This was a couple weeks ago. This is about 90% into acclimation to my current settings max 104w getting good pretty level par readings across 12 points at multiple levels of depth.
Tonight
Sand 75-100
6ish" up from sand 120-145
10 below surface rock level torches are on 175-205.
Slight hot spots in the area below the lights.
I'm getting good par to the glass front, sides, and back. Light is 11.5" off surface of water.
Video is kinda loud lots of fish tanks and equipment running.
