Wow.. Cool looking wrasses!!! What do you guys do to make these wrasses not go after each other. I mean, I'd really want to know how. Is there a particular way of introducing new wrasses in a tankful of wrasses?

Got a few new ones yesterday. I can't get good pictures of several of them, but I got some decent ones of my Exquisite male (Afr). The female is kinda shy.

Going to try leopards again. This is a blue spotted (M. cyanoguttatus).

More later when I can get some shots.

Here is my sweet blue flasher wrasse

well, it was before it went down the overflow, into skimmer, into the sump, then back into the tank, only to die later that night, and then get blown into the rhyzo...man those things have some strong digestive acid.

I just hope I have luck getting the leopards through shipping stress and time changes. I can't wait to get the Exquisite pair in the display (and the lineatus, and mystery, and...)...

Nice leopard, I hadn't seen a pic of that species before.

I picked up this guy a couple of weeks ago after I'd been eyeing him for awhile. It took pretty much all three of those weeks that I spent watching him to get an ID, lol. It's a pain in the butt to get a pic of, so this is the best I've got. The offical verdict on ID is Xenojulis margaritaceus, which is a genus with only one species, kind of a bridge between Macropharyngodon and Halichoeres, which is perfect because I love both genuses, lol. He's in with two clowns, two neon gobies, a Pakistan Butterfly, and juvenile Pyle's fairy and is the boss at his miniscule 3". Eating prepared and doing great.

Got to see the blue spottted leopard and the female bipartitus last night. They popped up out of the sand around 10 and 1:00AM, so I gave them VHO's for a few hours so they could roam the tank. I feel like Ive got a baby, setting an alarm for every two hours to check for the male bipartitus... I'm happy to see them moving around and looking good, though.
