This is a Tanaid - they look remarkably similar to Anthuroidean isopods, Ingolfiellidean amphipods, and amphipods from the taxonomic parvorder Corophiidira.Came whit new frag.

Tanaids are generally scavengers eating detritus/algae, but a few eat worms and copepods.
