I've had this wrasse for ~1 week and it is showing signs of discoloration and is resting in it's cave in the sandbed. What are we dealing with here and what treatment options are viable to helping?

More background info and a video would help us. Here is a post that explains that:


From the lesion I can see on its left side, it looks like this could be uronema, and internal protozoan disease that wrasse sometimes get. Hopefully not, because successfully treating that is not really possible - once you see the external lesion, the protozoans have already done their damage internally.
