What skimmer are you using for your biocube? I'm interested in hearing everyone's opinion. Do you recommend the coralife biocube skimmer ?

Thanks in advance

I just installed the aquaticlife 115in my first chamber. I had to cut a 2"x1/4" notch in the side of hood for the mounting bracket. Another mod I did was extending the airline and adding an air control valve to the airline. While I was attempting to remove the airline fitting from the body of the skimmer I accidentally cracked it, I ended up drilling it out. I also put a pice of filter floss in the return chamber or the skimmer to help with micro bubbles. It is still breaking in so I'm not sure about the effectiveness of the skimmer.

Can I ask why you had to cut it ? From what I was reading earlier and the video I watch showed it firing in to chamber 1 just fine? Would love to know why? I was leaning more towards this one for the reviews !

It does fit in. The suction cups were not holding well. So I chose to use the hanger and that was the only way that I could keep the bottom of the collection cup out above the water level without the top of the cup hindering the hood from closing.
