Smooth Skin Acro - looking a little wrinkly?

I have a smooth skin acro frag, that seems to be generally growing - well, getting fatter, has a new polyp at the top and is encrusting around the base, but noticed its skin seems more wrinkly now than when I first added it. Is this any cause for concern? If so - what’s the action plan?

/new at SPS so have no idea if this is normal
