Hello good evening fellow reefers.
I’m brand new here although I’ve been using this site for quite some time as a lurker.
My née build is getting close to being ready and I figured it was time.
Been a long time aquarium enthusiast and last year on a whim I made a saltwater tank. I had so many tanks at this point I just did a fish less cycle with no lights for about 3 months. Neglected it just rock water and sand. And then I had a catastrophe in my home with a bad roof job which caused me to brake down 2 planted 150g tanks remodel my home etc.
I’m back on the up and up and upon setting up those 150g tanks I decided it was time to breakdown a bunch of tanks and consolidate.
2 prostar 150 pro clear systems. Yin and yang (1 white 1 black) one freshwater one reef side by side 8 foot linear wall space haha.
It’s been about a year since these have seen water and I finally flooded the soon to be reef tank with water about 5 weeks ago.
So alas I’m new here and relatively new to reefing (approximately 1 year give or take) and I just wanted to introduce myself!
Cheers from Florida
