Ok yesterday I got a few new fish when petco had a sale and I got a six line a damsel and a springeri dottyback. the dottyback and the wrasse fought a little last night, noting major just establishing territory. when I woke up this morning the dottyback was resting on the sand and breathing rapidly. its scales don't look great either, none are missing but its got a film on it or something , Both fish have minor ick from the fighting and are being treated with formalin and malachite green

Turns out it died, when I examined its body it had a bulge in its abdomen with something coming out of it I've attached a photo for opinions on what it may be.

Dang sounds like stress and ICH just did it in. The bulge could be from one of your hermits or something
