Says your not responsible for missing and delayed packages stating it’s out of your control but the buyer has control of this?? I was interested until I read this , sorry I refuse to buy from a seller that states this.
So you think the seller should shoulder weather delays and carrier errors ?

That is what is expected of a seller the vast majority of time, all this needs to be calculated into selling. Insure the package, if this requires you to charge more then so be it. He stated he will not be at fault for carrier issues so that is the contract of buying from him. It is now up to the buyer to calculate in whether buying from him is worth the risk.

Incorrect the shipper won’t insure live animals. You need to better understand both sides of the beach ball here. These sellers are LFS where they can shoulder a loss such as a master scoly. If you don’t want the risk don’t buy it’s really a dcisiin but you won’t find any non LFS that will shoulder a shippers error that’s on them and since they (UPS or FEDEX$ replace dead animals that’s on you .

Basically what I just said, minus the insurance.

I guess you lost me with insuring the package because neither large carrier are going to write you a check for dead animals it isn’t happening. You might at best get your shipping fees back! Might
Yeah I can see how that was confusing, I was just using it as an example of what sellers need to do in general without live animals, on say ebay, it is always on the seller if packages are damaged or lost.

He can make his own rules/contract on here though especially for shipping, like em buy, don't like em, don't buy.

I did not say the buyer has control over missing, delayed and or stolen packages. Did I?

I have always worked it out with the buyers if the corals they receive did not come in a good shape. I have sent a replacment and full and partial refund. I am just stating that statement because some buyers dont understand and blame it on the seller. Hold grudge even.

If you read the my DOA statement...

As someone says on here regarding corals -
Like em, buy em, if you dont, dont buy.
