I have 2 clowns, one is super healthy and hosts an anemone and is also the bigger one.

the newer clown was fine the first couple days and eating and active.
I should add, the bigger one was being territorial and attacking the smaller one, stressing him out for sure.
But now I notice the white stringy poop and it's loss of appetite and faster breathing.
I've tried 3 diff foods and he used to eat them before but is not any longer.

this is NOT MY VIDEO, () but my clown shares the same exact symptoms.

I don't believe it's ich but I'm not sure what kind of parasite it is.

Other tank mates include an emerald crab, cleaner shrimp, goby, and pistol shrimp. Would it be a bad idea to treat the tank and not quarantine? Everyone else is fine but if there are parasites then I want to get rid of all of them.

Also, what do I need to get to treat this?

Stringy white poop is generally internal parasite like worms, a dewormer is needed.

Problem is when lss of appetite, they don't actually eat anything with dewormer in it.

There is a med that they can absorb, not sure what it's called
