Sulfur Denitrator

I am thinking of building my own Sulphur Denitrator. I have two old skimmers I could tear down and use the acrylic tubing from them. The two skimmers I have are an old CSS 125 and an older Nautilus EX skimmer. The two tubes are different sizes but that shouldn't matter. Wondering what is the best way to go about this? Flow from the bottom through the top and then into the second chamber with Calcium media?? Any thoughts or ideas on this? I also have some scrap acrylic laying around to make the base and possible tops out of. Anyone try anything like this? Any thoughts or plans for me?
