hey guys I’m going to be putting together an anemone rank and i still am.. but I was thinking of the clownfish and the anemone.. and there symbiotic relationship.. well I think I want to add other species that have symbiotic relationships.. can you give me some ideas, I’m going to add sexy shrimp

Pistol shrimp and goby is another classic symbiotic relationship.

Pearl fish w/cucumber

Some fish lead interesting lives don't they.




I'd add if your tank is large enough you could try a diadem urchin and cardinals but I've no idea whether they would actually form the same relationship in a tank. I once had 1-200 bangaii cardinals in a 8x2ft coral tray and added 3 urchins, periodically the cardinals were in there but I don't know if too many fish spoiled the symbiosis.

I have sexy shrimp, Periclimenes brevicarpalis, and a big tiger pistol in a 220. The sexies and the pistol are no problem together, but one of the P. brevicarpalis kicked the sexies off the maxi-mini carpet garden. The other brevicarpalis took up residence in a long-tentacle anemone, and the 'nem doesn't seem to like it much at all.
