That I can understand, my previous statement was rebutting the quote about them being expensive simply because they were from Mauritius, and the cost to get the fish from there is the reason for the price tag, when there are other fish from the same locale for less than a quarter their price. If the fish is more difficult to catch then it seems safe to say the combination of the amount of work involved in capture on top of the location drives the price.
