This is cyano right?

I was told that this is cyano and it does look like it but what is this long hair like algae is it cyano too or hair algae it's like a brownish red with the lights on but green looking when the light is off when I manually remove it it looks brownish red

Cyano
Mostly reddish but can be green or purple as well.
If it blows away, it’s Cyano.
Thanks for the reply yes the top layer blows away but then left is the long hair algae that doesn't blow away I've never heard of cyano being hair like can it be in that form?

If you lack flow, it can... as it will reach up.

If you see massive bubbles attached to it, then its probably diatoms.

How old is the tank?
And what is your Nitrate and Phosphate if possible?

Looking at it now no bubbles haven't tested in a few day's but last time which was 5 day's ago nitrate was 6.4 phosphate 0.03 my tank has been running for a year and three month's now added a circulation pump yesterday but did that because I dosed chemi clean

Chemiclean will nuke it... but it will take a week i think.

And u need to do a pretty big water change at the end of treatment.
Yes that's what I was told that it will get rid of it it says successfull treatment could take up to 48 hrs on the packaging but after a day I really don't see any improvement so we will see tomorrow
