I posted this over in the live goods forum https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/free-wennerae-mantis-shrimp-possibly-2.1014344/

Just putting this out there for any NJ/PA mantis fans. It was a hitchiker from about a year and a half ago and he's been a pretty model citizen taking meaty foods right from my tongs most of the time. But I am also finding it difficult to control aptasia because my peppermints mysteriously go missing, 1 by 1. Anyway, just want to alert mantis fans that might be in the NJ/PA area that there is 1, possibly 2 up for grabs as I trap them. :p

Well, it only took about 5 minutes to catch him lol. He's absolutely gorgeous, I truly hate to rehome him but he's sumped for now. I'm surprised no one is interested

Oh man that sucks. I am honestly sad to rehome this guy. I keep thinking I should just say screw it and set up a nano but 3 tanks is enough already lol

Is there anyway you can get a better photo for an ID?

Doesn't look like a typical N. wennerae hitchhiker.
