Hi All, Sorry if this has been discussed before. I only saw a bit mentioned in the salt mix of copper. I picked up a bottle of All For Reef today and noticed as one of the ingredients it lists copper. Is this OK to dose with copper sensitive inhabitants? I was planning on using this in my Biocube but I have urchins, seastars that would be sensitive. Other tank houses an Octopus which I would not use on that tank obviously. What benefit would the corals have with copper over the sensitivity of inhabitants?

A low level of copper is required for most (?all) complex life on this planet, including the copper sensitive inverts we keep. As with many substances, it is all about the concentration.
