In case this helps, this is the torch right now. It extends fine and looks fine except it’s receding flesh

It’s fine, now that it is on its own skeleton it will grow more flesh bands. I was given a torch in June from a local reefer that he offered if I wanted to try to save it. It had a millimeter flesh band that is currently about an inch. Top left one.

Nice! I guess I’ve tried everything, and there’s nothing much I can do right now. I’ll just monitor it

Any update my torch looked at exactly like yours with the fleshband and it extends fine just like yours but also receded in a similar way. What’s also funny is that torch looks to be the same exact kind.

I stopped paying too much attention as there’s nothing much I can do. The torch is still alive, and extending fine. The recession seems to be stopped at some point.

Interesting well I hope it dont die my flow and parameters all seem fine I think maybe it has something to do with going to a new tank.

Do you feed the torch?

I bought a torch and it came with damaged flesh band receding like your’s but all the way to the top. The left head has no flesh band at all

I dipped in coralrx twice, and target fed. A few weeks of feeding and it has recovered

Here are pics. 1 and 2 are before. 3 is after a few weeks
