While cleaning and inspecting my Tunze 3155 I noticed some yellowish crud on the white cord for the backup sensor. Upon closer inspection I could see a small tear in the silicone where the hose ends. It rubbed off but left the cord is stained yellow... I ended up using cyanoacrylate glue as I wasn't sure if this was rust or causing a problem. Has anyone run into a similar issue? Tunze doesn't appear to sell replacements.

I recently did an ICP test and Aluminum came back as 139.0 μg/l. I do use Marine Pure balls so might be due to that. Tin measured fine at 2.58 μg/l.

Thanks!
