I'm trying to wait on the new Stream 3 pumps that will work with the new controller, but it's getting hard.
Really need these new pumps, as my current pumps are not getting the job done anymore. Tank is overgrown, colonies are big, and I need more flow. Don't want to buy something now and regret it a month from now.

Same boat as you - unfortunately the lack of updates seems to indicate there are issues or delays

It’s really a shame as Tunze pumps are hands down my favorite powerheads.

@rvitko Roger, so I see the info on the new 7001 and 7020 controllers is live!

Question I have that is not clear- if a guy wants 2 or 4 turbelle pumps and the 7001 controller, does it take the place of the 2-4 7020 or would you need all of the drivers on top of the 7001?

Does the benefit of the 7001 lie in controlling 2-4 pumps via Tunze Hub (in addition to ph etc) vs only 2 of you are just using the 7020s linked?

The Tunze hub edition streams are finally being sold in Germany and Europe. I hope they will be sold in the US soon. I briefly considered buying them from Europe but I not sure if there will issues with the warranty and different electric standards.

Looks like we are finally getting closer!

I’m hoping that I can add these cloud hubs onto the 3 6105s I recently bought.

Edit: looks like these interface with the pumps via the new blue & black water resistant connector. So probably can’t use them on my pumps unless I can get my hands on some of those connectors, figure out the pin out and do a little soldering.

There is a retrofit version for older pumps but you won't get the external waterproof pump connection with the retrofit. If you only want to add it to 1 pump, 7020.150 for all except Stream 3, 7020.160 for Stream 3, but in general for multiple pumps, the 7000 smart controller will be a less expensive option to add cloud control to the pumps. These are already available everywhere except the US. FCC approval should be finalized late this month and we hope to have them in the US in August.

Very exciting!

I opted for 2 6105s and a 6208 for my new tank, so maybe the smart controller will be the answer. I'll have to check that out.

Are there any screenshot of the cloud interface available anywhere?

Any luck on FCC approval? @rvitko

I need to check in with the factory, the last update I got was over a month ago and everything was in order, an independent lab test showed we were in compliance and it was ready to be submitted. I will let you know when I hear more.

I touched the cloud control while on a trip to Europe. The highlight of my trip. I was looking to buy one but couldn't find anyone that had them.

Sorry for the delay in reply. I was told the testing process is complete, they have a meeting tomorrow with the examiner and submit the last step in paperwork to get the license number for the 7020 and 7000. By the end of August we should be able to sell them. I am sorry for how long this has taken, we have never done this before and really did not understand all the steps in the process, we had generally assumed if our components met FCC standards approval was a given, but this is not the case and it is a lengthy process.
