Hey, I recently saw this white spot appear on my Tomini tang about 3 days ago. Put him into a qt tank to monitor what would happen but nothing has changed. Eats and acts normally. Seems a little too big to be ich. Tried a freshwater dip to see if it was flukes and nothing changed as well. Any idea what it could be?

Can be as simple as a grain of sand or food but keep an eye on it to assure it remains as one or vanishes and not increasing as soon as tomorrow or following day which would be a good thing
