My watchmen has been hiding under the rock for weeks and not coming out to eat. And he came out this morning like a sick dog to me at the front of the tank and i managed to get these pics. I tried putting flake in there and he let it go by him. So not eating. Water is fine, please don't ask for parameters!

How to i heal him? I don't have a quarantine tank. And am not buying one

May be post injury with secondary bacterial. Treat in quarantine with Maracyn 2 or in tank with ruby rally reef which is reef safe
