Weird blotchy skin on my clowns?

Can anyone identify what this is?

It’s a typical clown infection known as brooklynella
You may notice heavy breathing , lethargic behavior, refusing to eat, swimming at the top
Treatment is formalin based using quick cure or ruby rally pro with quick cure being more effective
Rally takes longer to cure this
If you don’t have either, a 5 minute dip in freshwater will offer temporary relief in water the same temperature as the display tank

You're talking about the pink color under the clown's white saddle, above its left eye? I've seen that a few times, I'm not sure what it is. It may be Uronema. I do not think it is Brooklynella. It would help to have more background information about this case, take a look at this link:

You're talking about the pink color under the clown's white saddle, above its left eye? I've seen that a few times, I'm not sure what it is. It may be Uronema. I do not think it is Brooklynella. It would help to have more background information about this case, take a look at this link:

More Ich-like to me, but the focus isn’t good and the blue hue makes it tough to see. This is a different fish?
Can you post a short video under white light, more history about the fish, plus current water quality parameters….

The photo of the white spots is from two days ago, today the spots were gone and the blotchy skin appeared. I removed the clowns into a bucket but now my tang has the white spots as well. I’m now leaning that this is ich and the clown could possible have something else in addition to ich? It is hard to get any photos of the tang it stays in the shade

When the infection first starts with ich, the white spots will come and go, but generally increase in numbers until the infection really gets serious….
Do you have a treatment plan? You’ll need to isolate all of the fish from the invertebrates and then treat with copper or hyposalinity.

Early in the tank - had clowns for two weeks and ammonia never passed .25ppm. Added tang from marine collectors (QTd) then spots showed up on the clowns. I was going to do hyposalinity as I have no corals or invertebrates then I saw the blotchy skin on the clowns and thought it could’ve been Brooklynella so I didn’t want to treat without an idea of the disease. I’ve got the RO running now and a Hanna salinity meter. Will reduce to 1.014 the first day then to 1.009 and hold for 30 days. I just wanted some backup it is likely ich.
