So I have a square back anthias that over the last week or so had his face start to change shape slightly. I assumed it was just something that happened as the fish aged, but today he had something white coming out of both nasal passages. He eats and swims around as he always has, and no other fish is displaying any issues. Has anyone seen anything like this? Sorry the pics aren't better...iPhone pics

Can not make anything out per images, sounds like you should treat for parasites. Try Praziquantel.

I'll try to get a better pic today, I was thinking parasite also, however no other fish show signs, to include a female square back, purple tang, checkerboard wrasse, blue lined rabbit, and 2 bellus angels. All my fish are quarantined 3-4 weeks and the last fish I put in was the rabbit almost 2 months ago...he was from live aquarias divers den.

I suppose that could be Lymphocystis. Google "Lymphocystis in Marine Fish" see if that is a match.

I think this is the closest.....spots are getting smaller so I'll just keep an eye on him. Thanks
