What are these transparent tentacles growing on my live rock?

Noticed these anemone like tentacles growing on some live rock. Would love to have some help IDing it and knowing if it needs to be eradicated or not

Those are sponges - harmless filter feeders. This kind shouldn't be cause for any concern from what I've seen.

I also see a pineapple sponge in the mix there (I only see one though) - those are also harmless.
