Potassium Nitrate
Ammonium Chloride - Nitrogen, not Nitrate
Ammonium Bicarbonate - Nitrogen, not Nitrate

I recommend food grade materials sicne they are inexpensive and carry a food grade that hobby products generally do not.

All of jda's list are good, except I wouldn't recommend potassium nitrate unless you know that you need potassium as it raises potassium a lot.
