I traded this for a fish and have no clue what it is. This also sheds once a week and the clowns love eating the shed. Any ideas?

I thought this was a red monticap but it’s really smooth and at times it looks wet and shiny, with small polyps.

Interesting it’s actually a soft coral
Technically, the classification of soft corals (Alcyonacea) doesn't exist anymore, since they did a taxonomic overhaul of Octocorallia. Heliopora was never classified within Alcyonacea (as far as I know), so it wouldn't be considered a soft coral.
