What will eat red hair / turf algae

Emerald Crabs, urchins, sea hares, and large turbos.

Turbos and urchins eat all kinds of algae. I have not found anything they will not eat. My pin cushion urchin will even eat calcareous algae after it's consumed all the softer tasty stuff.

Ok got that what about fish any fish that can help them with this stuff

Pincushion urchins will absolutely destroy that. A single pincushion picked my 75 pounds or so of rock absolutely spotless of that inside of a couple months. And they were 100% coated in it
