What is this coming out of my torch?

I was looking at my tank at night and noticed this coming out of one of my torches. Couldn’t really figure out what it is. If anyone could identify I would greatly appreciate it!

That looks like a feather duster worm.
For those that can't see the video;

It looks like a Feather Duster Worm (aka Fan Worm) but I've never seen one coming out of a hole like that. I'm not saying they can't start that way but I've always seen them coming out of a tube they make as they grow bigger.
