I'd guess a peanut worm (Sipunculan) of some kind.

Weird as it's a general GSP.. never happened before, unusual as it's in this aquriam only... I'm unsure, can not wait to see results due to its unlikely event it may enter our aquarium as it's so unique and weird, very unusual, maybe others can help, reef2reef library is also an option but who has time to read this

I’ll take some when I get home, nothing is in the tank but the GSP rock and two other plain rocks with my two clownfish.

Well I added pulsating xenias too yesterday and they are no longer alive. So wanted to make sure this creature wasn’t the cause.

You should know that GSP can be very moody and may take a while to open up even if nothing is wrong

What about pulsating xenias, I added those too and they were doing great at first then disappeared

Xenia is usually hard to kill. Maybe it wasn't well when you bought it?
