I have a torch that has completely sealed itself up. I am confused why this is happening, or if it is a problem as I've never witnessed this behavior prior. Everything else in my tank looks good. Parameters are all good and very consistent. Nothing has changed. I've attached an up close view of the torch as well as a wide angle of the rest of my happy corals.
It’s late into the night normally no lights and all the corals r retracted… so this morning it was all fluffy and swaying like normal… but with this sac now. It’s weird looks almost like little sperm swimming around. Are there things inside the sac or are those shriveled hammer tentacles?
They do that sometimes - it's just a weird bubble. Sometimes it means the head is about to split, other times nothing seems to happen and it goes away. It’s late into the night normally no lights and all the corals r retracted… so this morning it was all fluffy and swaying like normal… but with this sac now.
