What point of the cycle am I at?

My ammonia is 0.00 checked with Hanna. I only have api for nitrite and nitrates.
Nitrates look to be around 50 ppm and nitrites are around 2 ppm.

I just did a 25% water change.

Are things going the right way?

I went with Caribsea ocean direct for sand. I soaked my aquascape in a barrel of saltwater at 78F for a month using Microbacter QuickStart XLM and ammonia from Fritz. Them once the tank was up I used Fritz 900. I don’t have my skimmer on yet but I did put my socks back in this weekend because it was too loud.
