isn’t aus one of the places they come from? the normal white i mean
i know there’s plenty others (water is too cold in my areas so we don’t have them) figured it would be easier in places that had them in local water

It is, though they're more commonly collected around indo, been waiting for my LFS to get one on their wholesale list...

ohhh gotcha
the way i imagined the normal usually came from florida/the gulf or aus
purple from indo and gold from hawaii
i’m probably entirely wrong lol
i’d try to get a gold one
usually less of an issue than the normal

YES! That looks exactly like what's in my tank, makes sense considering this is a wild caught piece, are they harmful or just a harmless hitchhiker like a featherduster?
Harmless Detritus collectors! I also doubt they will bother the Zoas.

I have so many of them and while I don’t like them you can’t fight them because I’m sure there’s many more and they are harmless and help clean the tank.
