What do you want to do? Pregnancy in clownfish is common enough.
Just let nature take its course. She'll lay eggs and the male will probably fertilize them.
If your real question is "How do I raise clownfish fry", that's another matter.

There are many, many threads on this forum that discuss this. Rearing fry of any fish is more complicated than it may appear. Following is a link of what someone else went through. Read through this and then determine if this is something you want to, or have the time and resources to do.

Clownfish don't become pregnant. If the fish remains fat for more than a day or two it might be egg bound. The eggs are hydrated before they are laid so she should swell up for a short time only. You should also see her ovipositor (egg laying tube) pop out before she spawns.

Good luck if you do try and raise them. You should have some nice looking "photon" like offspring.

If you just asked a question: " how to raise fry? From clowns. That means you are at 1 on scale 1 to 100. Breeding clowns is not like breeding guppies. You have to culture marine microalgae to feed rotifers, and rotifers to feed frys once its first hatched etc.. you also set up tanks to hatch those eggs, not just your reef tank. There is zero chance for frys to survive in reef tank since they rely on rotifers to eat on first 5-10 days. Good luck and pm me if you need help in pursuing breeding them.

When you are ready to get started with rotifer culture, please pm me. Please have a look at our Rotifer Support Pages (http://www.reedmariculture.com/support_rotifers.php) for a vast amount of information on them. Like others have said, you must get a firm handle on rotifer culture before you can even think about raising the larvae.
