What to look for when buying Potassium Nitrate

I need to dose No3 since it is consistently low.

When buying Potassium Nitrate what should I look for? For example food grade/pharmaceutical grade etc

I use the greenleafaquariums.com product and love it. Need to be careful with it. I overdosed and ran NO3 through the roof.

I would just get it from green leaf aquariums it’s a lot cheaper

Look for food grade (FCC), USP, or BP pharmaceutical grades, or ACS reagent grade.
