What truly are the best levels for a mixed reef tank

I have always struggled with sps but never LPs and I wanted to try again but this time with the correct levels even though I wasn’t off by much but I want to get exact numbers. Thanks in advance guys.

"Good numbers" depends on what you will keep in the tank. And you can not dismiss the value of good lighting and flow.

Interested int this as well. I have a decent amount of LPS, and a couple SPS, but looking to add more SPS in the next 6 months.

These aren’t recommended (because I am still learning), but here is what I am targeting .. I am hoping people can tell me if I am right / wrong.

Alk - 8.3-8.5
Cal - 425 -475
P - 0.1 -ish
N - 10-20
mg - ?
Salinity - 35
Ph 7.9 -8.2

You will find some wild and likely huge variations for anyone with success getting SPS to grow.

I've had growth with SPS on both sides of the spectrum in term of parameters.. Stability is a far more important than chasing numbers.
