Invertebrates is a vast category that includes most of the life in our tanks, minus boney fishes.

No love for the microbes, the pods, and sponges? Gotta have em, ime. :cool:

@Katrina71 You Kraken me up.

I love all the inverts!! Hard to choose just one, but I think conches are my favorite. My LFS got these “small conches” that aren’t strawberrry conches, are smaller, and have a more ornate shaped shell. Super cute and great climbers

Carpet anemones :)

Have a red and a blue. Purple and green on the docket someday hopefully.

Darn, that's a really tough question to answer. I've always been an invert guy, they are just as important to me as the fish. If I had to pick a category, it would be echinoderms. I have at least one of every group in my tanks (besides Crinoids... Maybe someday). They just fill me with wonder at how alien they are.
Of course, this is assuming that nems don't count as inverts... If so, then my Magnifica nem is my favorite. Kermit is a trooper haha.

Blue Linckia starfish. Had one for years in my old 300 with great luck. No clue what it ate but it apparently ate something in that tank. Have heard they are very sensitive which is why there's not a new one in the 450 yet. YET... ;)

Micro Brittle Stars may not be my favorite, but they sure like my tank.
