Her everyone, I recently picked up 2 corals, for my 15g tank. I am looking for spots that you think that my clove polyp will be best in, then at the end I will show you where I want to put my mushroom coral, and maybe you can tell me if that's a good spot for it.

Note: I know its hard to tell about the lighting and flow in the pictures, so no need to worry about that, as I can adjust that as I need to, just look for spots where you think it will look the best! :)

This is frag size in comparison to tank, just in case if you were wondering. Frag is on the right. Also, this is the front view of the tank.

Right side of the tank:
(this side of against a wall, so its hard to take a picture, and I also don't use that sticker for my temp, lol.)

Okay, now here is where I plane to put the mushroom. Feel free to tell me if it's a good spot or not!

I plan to shove the back end of the stock into that little hole, in hopes that the mushroom will grow up the rock, as well as along the sand. Will that happen?

Thanks for your help!

Edit: just noticed the typo in the title, it's supposed to say clove... Whoops!

I’ve never had any but I know they can be invasive. Meaning they can take over the tank and be impossible to remove.

Put them on a separate rock and not touching anything. Then keep an eye on it and remove anything that starts expanding beyond that rock.
