I'm excited about adding one more monti digi and a branching cyphastrea to the tank. No idea where I'm going to put it. I have 1 dedicated SPS island that gets nice high par, middle of the tank for flow, etc. And I have one island that has a mix of RFAs, leathers, cloves and a few SPS on top, that gets slightly less PAR than the middle SPS island. It still has nice flow since the gyre gives it a good blast. The third island is for the BTAs and nothing else but zoas can live there.

Here's the tank:

Here are some close-ups of the middle SPS island:

I personally wouldn't add anymore.....you will regret it when things start growing into each other.....give them room to grow :)
I know what you mean. I'm already cutting back the stylo to keep it from growing into the others. Note the grafted digi now growing into the bubble gum digi. Wonder if I'll end up with a grafted-grafted digi!

I'm thinking of shaving off the cloves and making some space on that rock for at least the branching cyphastrea. It's been one of my highly desired corals for a while now.

@TangerineSpeedo what day are you going to CFM?
It is only on the 24th in Anaheim. http://www.coralfarmersmarket.com/cfmprotour_westcoastcoralshow_2024_winter.htm
Part of me wants to do a booth to help get rid a bunch of frags. But then I don't want to be out a bunch of money. So still thinking about that one.
As far as placement goes why don't you just add another piece of rock/rubble or two. Once it starts growing you can glue it to one of the main islands. Both the corals are slowish growing and lower par (200ish) I think.

Just grow it: Have you ever added CO2 to your reef tank?
