There has been 3 white bumps on my Tomini tang for about a week they look like they’ve grown slightly maybe. But they have not spread nor have the spread to other fish. The tang seems to be eating pretty good he pecks on rocks for algae and eats a few pieces of mysis when I’m feeding everyday. Seems to be out and about swimming all day.

Pics under white light? I can't see squat (not that I'd be able to help identify), but it'll help those that can assist

Kind of looks like some flukes in the one more head on shot.

I just realized you posted this in the general forum. Maybe want to post over in the fish disease forum for more of the trained users to see it.

@Jay Hemdal should be able to assist though

Ahhh thank you for the help!

Those spots are too large to be ich, and being in sort of a row makes it look like it could be an injury of some sort. As long as there are no new symptoms, I would just watch it for now.

Just grow it: Have you ever added CO2 to your reef tank?
