Why is my clownfish's lip puffy white?

So I just got these 2 clownfish from a friend's tank and one of them I realized had a weird lip. My friend didn't know why. I am wondering if I should be concerned.

The lip was initially just a little swollen with a white discoloration. Now I am also seeing the gil to have patchy black spots. Any idea what could cause this and what to do about it?

Looks like a bacterial infection has set in. For treating infections in the head area of fish, have had very good results with Sulfaplex + Neoplex in a QT.
