Will different types of seahorses pair and mate?

I've been reading about seahorses but havent seen this questions before.

If I have 1 each of erectus, ingens, abdominals and reidi; will they pair and mate?
If I have two ingens and two abdominals, will they search for each other or could they mix and if they mix will the progeny be healthy?

Erectus and reidi's territories naturally cross and they cross mate in both nature and in captivity.

You must have a big tank to do all that mixing in!
