ok so i got my 30 Breeder out of my garage to move my 20L into..I was filling it half way with new water and I see this...I dont know how long its been there it wasnt there the last 2 times I had this tank running..Its not on the outside of the glass

I personally wouldn't. Just wait till Petco has there $1 a gallon sale and get a new one if possible.

this isnt a standard 30B..its a perfect 30B that is 30x18x12 not 36x18x12 and its drilled and all..allt he ones petco sell are tempered and cant drill

If it was a larger tank I wouldn't, but I wouldn't worry about it on a 30 gallon. I know theres folks who will disagree but in my opinion its fine. Then again, you could just get a 40 breeder from Petco for $40 and not risk a headache, plus get an extra 10 gallons out of it. You can drill the petco 40 breeders on the back, I have.

my stand wont work...its only 30x18 not 36"
So i should just go ahead and fill rest of it...its halfway filled now

if it just the chip i would use it and seen tanks up to 125 gallon with water looking like that

thanks..I am feeling better about it. dont know if it makes a difference..but here is the location it is on the glass..its more towards the top
It is on the inside of the pane as well..if I run my finger over it there is no chunk missing..does that make a difference.

Yeah, just use it then. A chip like that is not going to cause a blow out. Theres just not that much stress on a 30g to give you an issue.
