Xenia and toad dont seem happy anymore

Hey wonder if any has any advice? Few of my corals don't seem as happy as they used to be but most are thriving. Attached a couple of pics and wondering of it could be a flow or light issue. They were happy a month ago but take a look at pics let me know? The xenia has really retracted and even closed under the blue light after sunset. I run an hour sunrise sunset and 8 hours at 75%

That mag looks really low! Not sure if it'd cause issues with just those corals as your torch looks happy. But I always say to shoot for ocean water when it comes to the big 3. Mag in the ocean reefs is about 1300 so maybe try bringing that up and see if anything happens for you
