Hello!
I’ve had a small yellow tang in my tank for about 6 months now. When I initially got him, he was bright yellow, but his fins have slowly turned brown. I thought it was stressed and he would recover on its own, but he still hasn’t recovered.

Water parameters are perfect. I don’t have any aggressive fish… the largest/potentially picks on the yellow tang is a hippo tang. They’ve both been in the tank for the same amount of time. The YT swims around and eats great. They’re fed mysis shrimp and and green marine algae!
I have a 90 gallon Red Sea reef setup…

Thank you so much for any advice to help him!!

That’s not a yellow tang, he will continue to become more brown and odd looking
